Patient Participation Group
Last Updated: Thursday, 17 September 2026Ellergreen Medical Centre would like to contact patients occasionally to hear what you have to say about our practice and how we can improve.
Sometimes we target a particular cohort of patients for their experience over a particular service, for example we recently requested feedback from Mum's who had attended our Post-Natal clinic because we wanted to ensure it met their particular needs.
We also want to know what our patients think about our service in more general terms, or to run any ideas by them. For this we have a virtual "Patient Participation Group" so that you can have your say. We contact members of this group via email and keep our surveys succinct to avoid it taking up too much of your time.
All contact details of PPG members are kept safely and securely, and all responses are anonymous.
