In response to contract changes, we are making some changes to our appointment system to ensure that everyone who requests urgent care is given an appointment or directed to an appropriate service within two weeks. We are also aiming to expand our availability of routine appointments which will enable us to further increase our capacity to respond to on-the-day demand.
